1. Seller and scope

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed on www.monadea.org. The seller is:

Orders placed through our Etsy shop are additionally subject to Etsy’s terms and policies. By placing an order, you accept the version of these Terms valid at the time of your order.

2. Our services

MonaDea offers personalised digital readings and guides in numerology, astrology, tarot, runes, psychic reading, rituals and spells. Each product is prepared individually based on the information you provide and delivered as a digital file (PDF) by email. No physical goods are shipped.

Our products are offered for entertainment, reflection and spiritual guidance. They do not constitute:

• medical, psychological or mental health advice or treatment;
• financial, investment or tax advice;
• legal advice;
• a guarantee of any specific outcome or future event.

Always consult a qualified professional for medical, psychological, financial or legal matters. Our readings must not be used in emergency situations.

3. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to place an order.

4. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

1. You select a reading and enter the information required for it (for example, date of birth or your question) in the field provided at checkout.
2. Before placing the order, you can review and correct all details. The total price is shown before payment.
3. By confirming the order and completing payment, you submit a binding order.
4. We send you an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded when this confirmation is sent.

We may decline an order, for example in case of an obvious pricing error or if a request falls outside the services we offer. In that case, any amount paid is refunded in full.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes. Payment is made online by bank card through our PCI DSS certified payment service provider. Your card is charged when you place the order. We do not see or store your full card details.

Price changes on the website do not affect orders already placed.

6. Delivery

Your reading is delivered by email as a PDF file within 24 hours after we receive both your payment and all information required for the reading. If information is missing, we will contact you, and the delivery time starts once we receive it. Details are on our Delivery & Payment page.

7. Information you provide

You agree to provide accurate information. We are not responsible for content that is based on inaccurate information you provided. If you order a reading involving another person (for example, a compatibility reading or a gift), you confirm that you are entitled to share that person’s information with us.

8. Right of withdrawal for digital content

Each reading is personalised and produced specifically for you. When placing your order, you expressly agree that we begin preparing your reading immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the reading has been fully delivered. Until we have started preparing your reading, you may cancel your order free of charge. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. No guarantee of outcome

Our readings, rituals and spell guides reflect traditional spiritual practices offered for reflection and personal intention-setting. We do not claim that any reading, ritual or spell will produce a specific result or influence another person’s free will.

10. Intellectual property

Readings and other content delivered to you are for your personal use only. They may not be resold, published or used commercially without our written permission.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may also bring proceedings in the courts there.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes do not apply to orders placed before the update. The current version is always published on this page.
