Refund & Return Policy

All MonaDea products are digital readings, personalised to the information you provide. Because nothing is shipped, there is nothing to return physically. This policy explains when and how you receive a refund.

1. Cancellation before your reading is prepared

If you contact us before we start preparing your reading, you can cancel your order for a full refund or correct your information (date of birth, question, etc.) free of charge.

2. After your reading has been delivered

When placing your order, you agree that we start preparing your reading immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the reading has been delivered. Because each reading is created specifically for you, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind after delivery.

3. When you are entitled to a refund

You will receive a full refund if:

• your reading has not been delivered within 48 hours after we received your payment and all required information, and you no longer wish to receive it;
• you received a reading for a different product or a different person than you ordered;
• the file is damaged or cannot be opened, and we are unable to send a working replacement within 48 hours;
• the reading clearly does not match the product description (for example, a different type of reading or missing parts listed under “What’s included”).

In these cases, you may also choose a corrected or replacement reading instead of a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

4. When a refund is not possible

• Disagreement with the content or interpretation of a reading. Readings are reflective, spiritual guidance, not guaranteed predictions.
• Inaccurate information you provided, once the reading has been prepared using that information.
• A change of mind after delivery.

5. How to request a refund

Email us at info@monadea.org with your order number and a short description of the issue. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and give you our decision within 5 business days.

6. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days to the same card used for payment. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement. We do not charge any fees for refunds.

7. Orders through Etsy

For orders placed through our Etsy shop, refunds are processed through Etsy under the same conditions.
