How you receive your reading

All MonaDea products are digital. Nothing is shipped by post.

1. Choose a reading and enter the information it requires at checkout (for example, your date of birth or your question). Each product page lists exactly what is needed.
2. Pay online by bank card.
3. Receive a confirmation email with your order number.
4. Receive your reading as a PDF file to the email address used for the order, within 24 hours.

Delivery time

Readings are delivered within 24 hours after we receive your payment and all information required. If anything is missing or unclear, we contact you by email, and the 24 hours start once we receive your reply.

Delivery is free of charge.

If you have not received your reading

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If the reading is still missing 24 hours after your order, email us at info@monadea.org with your order number and we will resend it. If a reading is not delivered within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund (see our Refund & Return Policy).

Payment

• Payment methods: Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.
• Currency: all prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge a conversion fee.
• When you are charged: your card is charged when you place the order.
• Security: payments are processed by a PCI DSS certified payment service provider over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection and may be confirmed with 3-D Secure. We do not see or store your full card details.

The charge on your card statement will appear as MonaDea. If a payment fails, no money is taken and the order is not processed.
